Cory Doctorow points out on BoingBoing.net that this cool mech robot is available.  Not sure the price after all is said and done. (Around $45 US)

The design is by a cool Aussie artist and illustrator named Ashley Wood who I hadn’t really known about even though I’d seen his work previously many times.

The figurine is supposedly available at tenacioustoys.com but it didn’t seem to be in stock.  I’ll keep checking though!
